You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Original shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible to ship the product back to us at your own expense. We offer a flat return shipping rate of $200 (valid for 48 US States only), limited to up to one skid shipment. If you return more than one skid of flooring, contact us to quote your return shipping cost.
Returns or exchanges are not permitted on opened boxes. All returns require original invoice.
Returns will not be accepted on any boxes damaged from weather or rain due to improper storage after shipping.
Refusal of Delivery
DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY unless instructed to do so by Go for Floors. If you refuse delivery on your own, you will be responsible for any and all freight charges and restocking fees. We will send replacements right away, be sure to notate the damage at the time of delivery while the driver is present.
Refund Of Money
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
